1. Subscription Refunds

At CiteArchive, we stand by the quality of our archiving tools. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions on our Pro and Studio tiers.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your premium archiving experience within the first 14 days of your purchase, please contact our support team to request a full refund.

2. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise "Talk" plans are subject to the specific terms negotiated in your custom contract and generally do not qualify for the standard 14-day refund window once onboarding has commenced.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Please include your account ID and the reason for the cancellation.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
